Terms of Service

Effective date: September 6, 2026

These terms are the agreement between you and Diversimail ("we", "us") for the Diversimail Chrome extension, the license service and the website (together, "the Service"). By subscribing to or using the Service you accept them. If you don't agree, don't use the Service.

1. Who we are

Diversimail is operated by a sole proprietorship registered in Armenia. Contact: [email protected].

2. What the Service is

The Service lets you write an email once and send it from several of your own Gmail accounts, each with its own fixed details block and signature. Emails are sent by Google's Gmail service from your own accounts, under Google's terms; we are not an email provider and never handle, store or relay your messages.

3. Your Google accounts

4. Subscription, billing and cancellation

5. Acceptable use

6. Your data

What the extension accesses and what we receive is described in the Privacy Policy, which is part of these terms. In short: your emails, accounts and sign-in tokens stay in your browser and go only to Google; the only things our license service receives are the email you subscribed with and your computer's name.

7. Availability and changes

We'll do our best to keep the Service working, but it depends on Google's Gmail service and APIs, your browser and third parties (Google's Chrome Web Store, Lemon Squeezy, Cloudflare) that we don't control. We may update, change or discontinue features. If we discontinue the Service entirely, we'll give notice and refund any prepaid, unused period.

8. No warranty

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available". We don't promise it will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that every email will be delivered. To the fullest extent the law allows, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose.

9. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for lost profits, lost business, undelivered or misdirected emails, or account restrictions imposed by Google, arising from the Service. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months before the claim. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

10. Termination

You can stop using the Service and cancel at any time. We may suspend or end a subscription that breaks these terms, with a refund of any prepaid unused period unless the breach was serious. On termination, uninstall the extension; it removes its locally stored data.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Armenia. If you're a consumer, you keep any protections of the law of the country where you live that can't be waived by agreement.

12. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. Material changes will be announced on the website and, for subscribers, by email at least 14 days before they take effect. Continuing to use the Service after that means you accept the updated terms.
